I would like to say that I was very impressed by your customer service. With many boat companies in Noosa, we found ourselves coming back to your establishment to hire a vessel. We found your prices in the brochure to be very decent. After having a talk and being shown the boats available for hire, we asked about hiring the 1/4 cabin but you recommended the front runner and did it at a discount price. I was quite impressed that not only was the price very reasonable, but also that an esky, fishing gear and basically everything you needed for a great day out on the water was included. Its one thing to just work for a company but it's another to know the heritage of the company. When asked about why all the companies had letters of the alphabet for a name, you informed us of how the name came about for your company and explained it in detail. It shows you have passion in what you do.
Many thanks again and I intend to recommend your company. I would also have no problems with hiring a vessel again from your company.
